Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Well designed and furnished public areas. Only hitches were difficulties adjusting the heating system in the room on arrival, and not being directed to the designated breakfast area in the morning - so waited in the dining area! Great location and exceptionally clean room. Perfect for my stay. The only downside was the last night patrons across from the room and the floor below slamming doors, running up and down the stairs, playing loud music and making so much noise into 4 AM, treating the establishment like a fraternity dorm. The downside of such a hotel is that it’s impossible to address rowdy patrons as it happens. This situation notwithstanding the rooms were perfect for my stay.
